My work lies within a realm of pure abstraction and reality that reflects the psychological experience of self-image and its impact on life and relationships. This way of sculpting is purely intuitive; I reference the body and nature to create imaginary abstractions that embody humanity. The presence of life within these abstract compositions invokes movement to represent the dynamic state of self-image. Through scale and form, my sculptures encourage self-exploration and show appreciation for the feminine experience. Life is abundant in my sculptures and they emphasize the qualities of touch and the importance of being seen.
